Administrative Support

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced administration assistant to join our small self-managing staff team. You'll bring much valued good experience in office administration. IT knowledge should include Word, Excel, (Xero and Google Suite knowledge preferable). Maintaining a supportive environment will be an integral aspect of the role, including supporting volunteer involvement in reception tasks. Contracted hours per week will be 15 to 18 by agreement, pro rata an annual salary of £16,380 at 35 hours per week and 20 days annual leave plus public holidays. The location will be at the GalGael premises near Ibrox Subway.

Interviews will be held at GalGael, 15 Fairley Street, G51 2SN on Monday 14 October 2019 when a group session for all interviewees will be held at 9.30am for an hour followed by half hour individual interviews.
